You can define entrepreneurship as a way of thinking, feeling and acting, in search of, initiate, create or join a project through identification of business ideas and opportunities, viable in terms of markets, economic, social, environmental and political as well as endogenous same capacity in human talent, financial and physical resources, which enable the entrepreneur an alternative to improve the quality of life, by developing a business plan or start-ups. Thus, the venture today has become a life choice.
The enterprise in addition to being an alternative to the creation of new businesses serves as a means to improve and consolidate the initiatives that have begun production without planning, and which remain among the setbacks and many difficulties in their business , which has enabled these initiatives achieve real consolidation as companies self-sustaining, productive, generating wealth.
The venture now has gained great importance by the need of many people to achieve independence and economic stability.
High levels of unemployment, and poor quality of existing jobs, they have created in people, the need to generate their own resources to start their own businesses and move from being employees to being employers.

2. Leadership:

Leadership is a process that involves not only the ability to make decisions, but the ability to develop some emotional stability. This is the result of the management skills of emotional intelligence "Successful business leadership is not based solely on the ability to make correct decisions at the right time.
Leadership is a skill that develops to the extent that the individual cultivates self-confidence, self control and perseverance. Leading involves empathy and ability to delude others. In other words, is not nothing but a talent management of both their own and that of others, resulting in emotional management.

Emotional intelligence can grow and help develop the leadership skills of the individual.
In this process, we must learn to do things differently to find satisfaction in those activities not previously encountered. This leads to grow two basic aspects of leadership: a positive vision and a team committed to achieving. To the extent that an individual familiar with your own emotional, has a better control of their lives. Similarly to better understand others and finally optimizes their rational intelligence.
