2. Rafael Molano Olarte:

Specific objectives:
• Apply the concepts of logistics and entrepreneurship.
• Highlight the business profile that is part of the people and to bring success to improve our leadership.
• Understand the actions of the five entrepreneurs took their business success.
conceptual framework
1. Logistics business:
"The planning, organization and control of all activities related to the procurement, transport and storage of materials and products, from procurement to consumption, through the organization and as an integrated system. The objective pursued is to meet needs and demand requirements in the most effective and the least possible cost, including information flows involved. "(1) You can find many other definitions in this regard, and some would almost certainly bring them into their particular context, but the important thing is not just describe it, frame it and adopt it to the four winds, the most important thing is being consistent with its definition and that it apply and be known by every member who performs some work around these activities. It is important to describe the logistics activities and identify those which are fundamental and which are supportive to the management. Logistics Manager simplifies and continually improve the processes of sourcing, production and distribution in order to reduce costs or delivery to the customer. From upstream to downstream, the Supply Chain has been below the rank of a fundamental process, strategic for the company. It has become as important as the other major process of customer-oriented company, which is the Design Process, which allows fine tuning the product offerings in light of information on market demand.
2. Project:
You can define entrepreneurship as a way of thinking, feeling and acting, in search of, initiate, create or join a project through identification of business ideas and opportunities, viable in terms of markets, economic, social, environmental and political as well as endogenous same capacity in human talent, financial and physical resources, which enable the entrepreneur an alternative to improve the quality of life, by developing a business plan or start-ups. Thus, the venture today has become a life choice. The enterprise in addition to being an alternative to the creation of new businesses serves as a means to improve and consolidate the initiatives that have begun production without planning, and which remain among the setbacks and many difficulties in their business , which has enabled these initiatives achieve real consolidation as companies self-sustaining, productive, generating wealth. The venture now has gained great importance by the need of many people to achieve independence and economic stability. High levels of unemployment, and poor quality of existing jobs, they have created in people, the need to generate their own resources to start their own businesses and move from being employees to being employers.

After five years I left the advertising firm and returned to work Cartoneros managing the production area, a few months after an uncle gave us a small company, where I met with my brothers and my parents already Vivian with us and decided to buy the company, the problem was that we had no economic resources, then we agreed that one of our brothers who had returned to live in the village was the financial partner that would provide the down payment on this purchase. As we were a family of 10 children of whom three were married and lived apart, four children in school and three worked to keep the house with the help of my father who worked with another guy and had silver. My father was keen to help with the rent, and if we bought the company, as we kept the home which is maintained by contributions from the 3 that worked and some satellite work to be homemade using the smallest in his spare time . We agreed that I would manage the company together with a brother who was a small machine and about four clients, and small working together in their spare time. To buy raw materials our father always paid the money for the purchase, without interest and commitment to return as soon as we had An important decision to viable and that this company was that we all worked without pay salary, took only what is necessary to maintain the home and our mother was very inexpensive, had a brother who worked in cardboard, and that she would continue working and their salary was intake to maintain home, with the time and when the factory was well come to work on it. We chose the name of the company; Cardboard Mosquera Ltd to retain the name, partners who were five brothers decided that women did not come as partners for fear that in the future to marry and that we generate problems with husbands making it difficult the future of this, but there was a commitment to give you what you need, so we started and we grew. The problems are not missed but always met them together, we all worked equally and did what needed to be fulfilled to the customer. The slogan was "We work with quality and speed" and so we did. Competed with quality, price and speed. We gave orders overnight. A year since the company was doing well, the fees were paid at the date, clear that there were some problems between us which later caused me my retirement from this company. With the money they gave me to buy a machine, rent a room and mount my own company: Cardboard Mosquera y Asociados Ltda in 1994. I kept working the same line card, with more difficulty, lack of capital and competition as they came to my brothers. The problem is always lack of capital and each day the company maintains this constant by the fact of wanting to improve. Four years later supplemented by another line of cardboard and buy a lithographic machine. Today I have eight machines and the illusion of improvement with the purchase of another machine lithography. The market is tough competition but also my company is the future of our children, we have maintained for 16 years living with dignity and enduring the difficulties of the economy, which in some years has broken several companies and we thank God and our effort to continue marching and generating employment.
